A pair of early Victorian Scottish Provincial fiddle pattern sugar tongs, one inner arm engraved initials 'JSMI' , with shell cast bowls, Perth circa 1845, maker Robert Keay II, stamped with three Town marks and two makers marks

Robert Keay II worked with his Silversmith father from 1825 and in 1839 he registered his own mark
